45 irregular migrants left to die by Greece rescued

According to the statement on the website of the Coast Guard Command, a boat team was dispatched to the region upon the information that there was a group of irregular migrants in a rubber boat off the coast of Dikili district.

10 irregular migrants in rubber boats pushed back into Turkish territorial waters by Greek elements were rescued.

The teams also landed 35 irregular migrants pushed back into Turkish territorial waters by Greek elements off the coast of Dikili and Seferihisar districts.

Irregular migrants were referred to the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management after the procedures.
