    Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu made statements regarding the 45th Rooting Operation in Adana.

    Reminding that a successful operation was carried out in Adana 6 months ago on October 4, Minister Soylu said, “Our Adana Provincial Police and Gendarmerie did not stop. They pressed the button for a new operation. They put forth their best effort to eradicate drugs for 6 months.” said.

    As a result of the studies, action was taken as of 05:00 this morning. The determined addresses were raided, 212 of 244 suspects were detained.

    2 thousand 218 personnel and 30 detector dogs took part in this operation carried out jointly by the Police and Gendarmerie.

    Minister Soylu, “Our fight against drugs will continue. Our belief in the fight will continue until it is eradicated. We will not surrender our children and youth to this disease.” used his words.
