100-year-old resident of the American city of Elmira, New York, Edna May Taylor shared the secret of a long life. It is reported by Weny News.
Born in Florida, Taylor moved to New York at a young age and worked for a law firm for many years. The woman is fond of fashion, dancing, but most of all she loves to cook. Among the residents of the city, Elmira Taylor is known as an excellent cook. “Someone started a rumor that if you come to my house, you will never leave hungry,” she says.
The woman has two sons, the eldest of whom is over eighty years old. She also has grandchildren and great-grandchildren, the exact number of which she does not remember, explaining that there are too many of them. A culinary lover called morality the secret of her longevity. “Do to people the way you would like them to do to you. It’s the only thing I believe in,” Taylor says.
Earlier it was reported that a 105-year-old resident of the United States celebrated another birthday and named the reason for her longevity. The pensioner said that she loved to dance all her life and constantly went to dances with her husband.
