“On Father’s Day, we all lost a second father. Today we lost a little bit of the man who marked our lives”. The emotional testimony of Vítor Gonçalves, a Delta Cafés worker who, for 40 years, lived with Rui Nabeiro on a daily basis, mirrors the feeling shared by all Campo Maior residents at the time of the departure of the noblest son of the land.

In the four decades that he has worked for Delta Cafés, Vítor Gonçalves confesses to being “deeply sad” at the death of the businessman, but underlines the “great happiness of having lived and shared many moments.
