As Love Island’s 2024 summer series is set to launch, the first stars entering the villa have been revealed. The lineup includes individuals such as makeup artist Samantha Kenny, recruitment manager Munveer Jabbal, account manager Nicole Samuel, semi-professional footballer Ronnie Vint, office administrator Patsy Field, surveyor Ciaran Davies, mental health nurse Mimii Ngulube, hair stylist Sam Taylor, retail manager Jess White, model Ayo Odukoya, dancer Harriett Blackmore, and sweet salesman Sean Stone. The show will be hosted by Maya Jama, and the first episode will air on Monday, June 3 across ITV1, ITV2, and ITVX simultaneously.

Patsy Field, 29, is the latest contestant with a disability to join the lineup. She has Erb’s palsy due to a hospital error during her birth, which caused her right arm to be shorter and less functional. Patsy is ready to find love, describing herself as someone who is loud, daring, and the life of the party. She believes Love Island is the right opportunity to meet a special someone and settle down.

Mimii Ngulube, 24, is a trainee mental health nurse who enjoys performing in theatre productions and connecting with her followers on social media. She decided to apply to Love Island on a whim and believes she can be a valuable friend in the villa, making people laugh and spotting those who are not genuine. Mimii’s family and friends describe her as loving, supportive, and empathetic.

Ronnie Vint, 27, is a semi-professional footballer from South East London and a close friend of Love Island icon Olivia Attwood. He is looking to settle down after years of playing the field and is excited to find the right person to build a life with. Ronnie is interested in a family-oriented, caring, and career-minded partner, with a preference for blondes with nice features.

Sam Taylor, 23, is a professional hairdresser from Sheffield who believes his personality and chat will make him a catch in the villa. He enjoys mountain biking and hitting the gym, and despite his chiselled appearance, Sam believes there is more to him than meets the eye. He is hopeful to find a genuine connection with someone in the villa.

Munveer Jabbal, 30, from Surbiton, is entering the villa after struggling to find love in London. He describes himself as picky and high standard when it comes to choosing a partner. Munveer believes his experience being surrounded by good-looking individuals in the villa will eliminate issues he faced while dating in London. He is excited to explore serious relationships and expects Love Island to provide the perfect environment for that.

The lineup also includes individuals like model and account manager Nicole Samuel, rugby player Ciaran Davies, dancer Harriett Blackmore, footballer Ayo Odukoya, and sweet businessman Sean Stone. They all have different motivations for joining the show, ranging from wanting to settle down to seeking a genuine connection. Love Island’s 2024 summer series will kick off with a simultaneous launch across multiple ITV channels, with Maya Jama returning as host. The show will continue to air on ITV2 and ITVX throughout the season, offering viewers an exciting and drama-filled experience.
